         The instant noodle production line of our company has the characteristics of high automation, advanced technology, simple operation, and few people. It is the world's leading instant noodle production process.
        The instant noodle production line is composed of powder supply device, dough mixer, aging machine, continuous roller, shaping device, steamer, cutting and dividing, into-box, fryer, cooling machine, conveyor and packaging machine.


Main technology process :
1. Pour the flour into the dough mixer, and input the mixed salt water into the mixer through the measuring device. dough mixer at medium speed mixing to makes flour absorb water evenly to form flocculent dough.
2. Rolling is the dough after aging,then through 9 pairs of rollers gradually press into patches of specified thickness.
3. The slitter is installed under the last roller. After slitting, the noodles enter into the shaping device, and then the arranged noodles are sent into the steamer by the waving device at a certain speed.
4. The steaming time is 135s, and the degree of pasta gelatinization was over 85%.
5. The cut noodle cake is folded into two layers and changed from 6 rows divided into 12 rows. The noodle cake fall from the sliding noodle plate into the fryer noodle box.
6. Under the condition of oil temperature 140ºC-160ºC, fry for 95s -100s, and quickly dehydrate and dry the noodle cake at high temperature
7. After frying, the temperature of noodle cake will drop sharply after air cooling, reaching the room temperature, and then it will be sent to the packaging machine by the conveyor, and then it can be put into storage after packaging.

Multi-layer Steamer


    Water-sealed multi-layer noodle steamer is a new product developed by our company. The noodle cakes will be sent to the inlet of fryer by silica gel tray after cutting and folding, through sliding plate into stainless steel noodle boxes. We add the interval water spraying structure to ensure the noodle cakes into boxes smoothly. The improved folding device has advantages of low noise and flexible. It can still work properly when the speed of cutting achieving 100 pieces/min. The latest production of double cutter with round and square noodle shape, saves the equipment cost, makes full use of workshop place, to ensure the noodle manufacturer can produce various finished products.
Fryer


Fryer is the key unit equipment of fried instant noodle production. The fryer shown in picture lowers the oil level height, lengthens the drain part and increases the oil removal device, and all these changes greatly reduce the oil content of noodle cakes, which is 2%-3% lower than similar products. Multi-zone oil feeding and tubes injection ensures the oil temperature uniformity and the consistent color in noodle cakes.

Cooler

Fried noodle cakes move forward into the air cooling machine, which shares same mesh belt with dryer. Cool air from several axial fans under the mesh belt goes through the noodle cakes and is discharged to outdoor by upper exhausted fans.

1.  Three guarantees should be implemented within one year from the date of completion and commissioning of the equipment. 
During the warranty period, the company is responsible for repair and replacement of spare parts free of charge in case of failure due to internal quality problems of the equipment (excluding human factors).
2.  After the equipment is delivered for use, the supplier should be provided with free technical guidance and training by electrical personnel and mechanical operators in the demander, including can learn after teaching and accommodation.
3.  When the demander's equipment is in normal continuous production, the supplier shall send technicians to make a return visit by telephone or email once every six months, and assist the demander in equipment maintenance if there is any problem.
4.  After the warranty period. The price of the equipment parts required by the demander (refer to the self-made parts of the supplier) can be reduced by 10% for timely supply. 
5.  The above services shall be provided until the demander stops using the equipment. During the use of the equipment, if the supplier has new technical projects launched, it can give priority to the technical transformation of the equipment for the demander, and only charge the cost.
