Fried instant noodle processing making machine is used to produce square fried instant noodle. It is a product developed and continuously improved by our company according to the market demand for many years. Using high-tech equipment and precision processing technology, it has the characteristics of high degree of automation and stable performance, and the products produced are neat in appearance and uniform in color and luster.
Square Fried Instant Noodle Production Line is used for the continuous production of fried instant noodles with high production efficiency. The fried noodle can be rehydrated and eaten directly. The instant noodles after rehydration are soft and gluten; if eaten directly, the taste is crispy and the aroma is rich.

Roller

      The single rollers shown in picture is currently the largest capacity crisp noodle production line. With a roller width of 700 mm, The continuous rollers with independent power control, its bearings can be removed quickly,  to achieve the reliable transmission and simplified structure in maintain.

Steamer

The multi-layer steamer adopts water-sealing structure, with strong sealing ability and no steam leakage. The lifting type doors, make the cleaing easily; The inner of steamer with the reasonable spraying pipes, so that gelatinization is more effective.

Cutter and divider

The improved folding device has advantages of low noise and flexible. It can still work properly when the speed of cutting achieving 500 pieces/min. 

 

Fryer


Fryer is the key unit equipment of fried instant noodle production. The fryer shown in picture lowers the oil level height, lengthens the drain part and increases the oil removal device, and all these changes greatly reduce the oil content of noodle cakes, which is 2%-3% lower than similar products.

 

Cooling mahcine


Dried noodle cakes move forward into the air cooling machine, which shares same mesh belt with dryer. Cool air from several axial fans under the mesh belt goes through the noodle cakes and is discharged to outdoor by upper exhausted fans.
 

 

Distributing conveyor and packing

After cooling, the noodle cakes slides down to conveyor belt by T-shaped plate, then distributs into several separate lines into the packaging machine.

After sales service commitment
In order to provide better service for customers, to make customers feel more at easy after cooperation with our company.
Our company promise as follows:
1. Three guarantees should be implemented within one year from the date of completion and commissioning of the equipment.
During the warranty period, the company is responsible for repair and replacement of spare parts free of charge in case of failure due to internal quality problems of the equipment (excluding human factors).
2.  After the equipment is delivered for use, the supplier should be provided with free technical guidance and training by electrical personnel and mechanical operators in the demander, including can learn after teaching and accommodation.
3.  When the demander's equipment is in normal continuous production, the supplier shall send technicians to make a return visit by telephone or email once every six months, and assist the demander in equipment maintenance if there is any problem.
4.  After the warranty period. The price of the equipment parts required by the demander (refer to the self-made parts of the supplier) can be reduced by 10% for timely supply. 
5.  The above services shall be provided until the demander stops using the equipment. During the use of the equipment, if the supplier has new technical projects launched, it can give priority to the technical transformation of the equipment for the demander, and only charge the cost.
