Standard Configuration
This production line is used to produce round fried instant noodle. It is a product developed and continuously improved by our company according to the market demand for many years. Using high-tech equipment and precision processing technology, it has the characteristics of high degree of automation and stable performance, and the products produced are neat in appearance and uniform in color and luster.
The equipment is used for the continuous production of fried instant noodles with high production efficiency. The fried noodle can be rehydrated and eaten directly. The instant noodles after rehydration are soft and gluten; if eaten directly, the taste is crispy and the aroma is rich.

Dough mixer
Function: Is a key link of the fried instant noodle production line. The new type of mixer has improved the water inlet form, shaft end sealing form, and shaft blade connection.It has realized the characteristics of even and quick water feeding, no leakage.

Environment and working conditions of instant noodle production line
Ripen conveyor
Function:adopts the dough first-in-first-out conveying method to ensure the process stability; the dough is stationary on the conveyor belt, heat preservation, moisturizing, and natural aging; the dough does not sticky after being broken, and it enters the gap of the roller very smoothly; make noodle taste chewy and smooth.
Three-layer steamer
Function: Water-sealed multi-layer noodle steamer The internal steam pipes are carefully arranged to ensure the gelatinization effect and save a lot of steam. The upper cover can be lifted open. Make it easy and fast internal sanitation and cleaning.
Fall into box
The steamed noodles are cut to a fixed length after being sprayed by waterfall and with three times stretching, and then fall into the noodle box through the sliding floating bucket. The polymer splitter completely separates the noodles, and the new floating bucket can ensure that each noodle accurately falls into the center of the noodle box
Fryer
Function: the outer return of the noodle box reduces the height of the oil surface lengthens the oil drain section, adds strong oil blowers, and reduces the noodles oil content. 2-3% lower than similar products, which reduces production costs and improves efficiency; multi-zone oil inlet and tube-in-tube injection ensures that the temperature of the oil pan is uniform, and the color of the noodles after the fried is consistent
Cooler
Function: The noodles enter the air-cooler, and they are blown quickly to cool down. Two blowers on one side send air in, and an exhaust fan on the top exhausts the hot air outside. The arranging bar carries the noodles, which runs smoothly, neatly, and sanitarily

After sales service commitment
In order to provide better service for customers, to make customers feel more at easy after cooperation with our company.
Our company promise as follows:
1. Three guarantees should be implemented within one year from the date of completion and commissioning of the equipment.
During the warranty period, the company is responsible for repair and replacement of spare parts free of charge in case of failure due to internal quality problems of the equipment (excluding human factors).
2. After the equipment is delivered for use, the supplier should be provided with free technical guidance and training by electrical personnel and mechanical operators in the demander, including can learn after teaching and accommodation.
3. When the demander's equipment is in normal continuous production, the supplier shall send technicians to make a return visit by telephone or email once every six months, and assist the demander in equipment maintenance if there is any problem.
4. After the warranty period. The price of the equipment parts required by the demander (refer to the self-made parts of the supplier) can be reduced by 10% for timely supply.
5. The above services shall be provided until the demander stops using the equipment. During the use of the equipment, if the supplier has new technical projects launched, it can give priority to the technical transformation of the equipment for the demander, and only charge the cost.
