Function of Non-fried instant noodle production line
The drying method of non-fried instant noodles is "hot air drying". The fat content and heat of the dried instant noodles are greatly reduced, and there is no excess oil. It is the "healthy" instant noodles that people praise highly.
The non-fried instant noodles production line is the most recommended product of our company. It has short drying time and fast drying speed, and there is no difference between the produced non- fried noodle cake and fried noodle cake except oil-free.
The hot-air drying instant noodle production line produced by our company is equipped with a hot-air dryer to dry the noodle blocks. It is an automatic non-fried instant noodle production equipment. The noodle block produced is square, and the dryer can be divided into three-layer dryer, five-layer dryer or seven-layer dryer. 1. Composition of production line
The non fried hot air drying instant noodle production line mainly consists of a fully automatic powder supply system, noodle conveying system, rolling system, multi-layer steaming box, cutting and box feeding equipment, and hot air drying machine. 2. Hot air drying technology

The entire process from raw material transportation, kneading, rolling, steaming to cutting, drying, cooling, and packaging can be automatically completed by mechanical equipment, greatly reducing labor costs.

For example, the cutting and boxing equipment can customize square or circular cakes with different diameters and thickness specifications according to demand. Nutritional balance: Non fried instant noodles do not go through the frying process, so the oil content is relatively low (only 4%~5%), and nutrients such as dietary fiber, vitamins, trace elements, and amino acids are largely preserved. 4. Environmental protection and energy conservation: The hot air generated during the hot air drying process can be recycled, reducing energy consumption and improving resource utilization. Main Unit Machine
Roller
The new type roller machine adopts an integral structure, the front and back are integrated, and the middle is uninterrupted. It consists of a feeding hopper, a feeding shaft, multiple groups of pressing rollers and the slitter device. The feeding shaft adopts four axis to make the feeding process continuous and uniform. The flour passes through the first group of roller to form a dough sheet, then the dough sheet is continuously rolled by the roller machine, and finally the dough sheet becomes a suitable thickness, which has the characteristics of smoothness and strong toughness. Each group of new pressure rollers adopts individual power, frequency control of motor speed, and alloy materials.
Noodle Steamer
The corrugated noodles are sent into the steamer with a mesh belt, and the noodles are gelatinized by steam heating, and the shape of the corrugated noodle is fixed.The steam box adopts a water-sealing structure to ensure that the steam does not leak. The upper cover can be lifted and lowered as a whole, which is convenient for cleaning. The mesh belt is made of stainless steel, which is safe and hygienic. Three-layer structure covers a small area.
Dryer
This dryer is the latest type of recent years, which adopts hot air drying technology. It improves the wind speed and temperature, also can ensure relative stability of noodle cakes, without shifting. The maximum temperature can reach 150 ºC, the scientific hot air circulation system makes full use of the heating energy, improves the baking effect. There are two zones, first zone 3 layer 18m, second zone 5layer 18m, include below two layer is cooling 9 mins. In general, drying time reaches about 40 minutes. The moisture content of non-fried instant noodles made is less than 10%, which is less than fried instant noodle.

4. After the warranty period. The price of the equipment parts required by the demander (refer to the self-made parts of the supplier) can be reduced by 10% for timely supply.
5. The above services shall be provided until the demander stops using the equipment. During the use of the equipment, if the supplier has new technical projects launched, it can give priority to the technical transformation of the equipment for the demander, and only charge the cost.
