1.  FRIED ROUND INSTANT NOODLE PRODUCTION LINE
     The instant noodle production line is composed of brine mixer, brine measuring device, dual-axis mixer, round shape aging machine, compound roller, single layer steamer, round noodle cutting and dividing machine (two times stretching), fryer, cooling machine, conveyor and other equipment connected. The whole line is frequency controlled and PLC controlled.




   2.  Introduction of instant noodle production line
      Our company develops the fried round instant noodle production line according to the market demand. The whole production line realizes the perfect combination of mechanical and electrical integration. It is the current technologically advanced fried round instant noodle production equipment. It can meet the consumers' need for instant noodles even when they can't cook conveniently or have enough time to eat. It's convenient and doesn't reduce the grade. It's a necessary food for business trip and tourism, ready to brew and eat any time. The finished product is round, mainly in bowl, and the weight of the noodle cake is about 70g (adjustable).

continuous mixer

With high level of automation, the continuous mixer can supply flour and water, knead dough and feed at same time. The dough and the flour is well blended and in slight color variation. With simple building structure and reliable operation, reduces the investment cost largely.

 

 

rollers

The single rollers shown in picture is currently the largest capacity crisp noodle production line. With a roller width of 1000 mm, tapered bore bearings is used as roller bearings which achieves quick change without disassembling. The high and low rollers dislocation supplemented by rod feeding, guarantees smooth of the feeing and provides excellent pressing efficiency. The continuous rollers with independent power control, its bearings can be removed quickly,  to achieve the reliable transmission and simplified structure in maintain.

The layer steamer adopts water-sealing structure, with strong sealing ability and no steam leakage. The lifting type doors, make the cleaing easily; The inner of steamer with the reasonable spraying pipes, so that gelatinization is more effective.

 

Round noodle cutting machine
    The steamed noodles are cut to a fixed length after being sprayed by waterfall and with three times stretching, and then fall into the noodle box through the sliding floating bucket

Fryer
    The fryer is the most critical equipment for producing instant noodles. The shape of the fryer is streamlined; the outer return of the noodle box reduces the height of the oil surface lengthens the oil drain section, adds strong oil blowers, and reduces the noodles oil content. 2-3% lower than similar products

 

Air-cooler machine
    The noodles enter the air-cooler, and they are blown quickly to cool down. Beautiful and smooth appearance, almost perfect internal design, overall, stylish and completely new

 

Distributing conveyor
    The cooled noodle cake slides down to the conveyor belt through the T-shaped plate, and then enters the packaging machine into several single rows through the distribution strip. The packaging machine adopts frequency control, which has the characteristics of high packaging speed, stable operation and convenient operation

After sales service commitment

In order to provide better service for customers, to make customers feel more at easy after cooperation with our company.
Our company promise as follows:
1. Three guarantees should be implemented within one year from the date of completion and commissioning of the equipment.
During the warranty period, the company is responsible for repair and replacement of spare parts free of charge in case of failure due to internal quality problems of the equipment (excluding human factors).
2.  After the equipment is delivered for use, the supplier should be provided with free technical guidance and training by electrical personnel and mechanical operators in the demander, including can learn after teaching and accommodation.
3.  When the demander's equipment is in normal continuous production, the supplier shall send technicians to make a return visit by telephone or email once every six months, and assist the demander in equipment maintenance if there is any problem.
4.  After the warranty period. The price of the equipment parts required by the demander (refer to the self-made parts of the supplier) can be reduced by 10% for timely supply. 
5.  The above services shall be provided until the demander stops using the equipment. During the use of the equipment, if the supplier has new technical projects launched, it can give priority to the technical transformation of the equipment for the demander, and only charge the cost.
