Introduction to fully automatic noodle production line
1. Basic working principle
The fully automatic noodle production line squeezes flour into noodles through the relative rotation of the noodle rollers, and then cuts the noodles into strips using a cutting knife. The shape of noodles depends on the specifications of the noodle cutter, and a machine can produce multiple sizes of noodles by replacing different specifications of noodle cutters. This production line operates continuously from the feed to the front, achieving the production goals of high yield, high efficiency, and time-saving and labor-saving.
2. Overview of production line configuration
The fully automatic noodle production line usually consists of the following main parts: dough mixing system, pressing and cutting system, automatic shelf end trimming device, drying system, and off shelf cutting finished product system. Each part is responsible for specific production tasks, working together to ensure the smooth progress of the entire production process.
3. Introduction to the main system
Harmony system
The dough mixing system mainly consists of a flour elevator, flour conveyor, saltwater mixer, dough mixer, and electrical control cabinet. The system quantitatively controls the flour and mixed salt water delivered to form an atomized state, making the dough loose and evenly dry and wet.
Surface pressing and cutting system
The system includes a curing machine, a laminating machine, a rolling machine, a slitting machine, a rod feeding machine, and a strip picking machine. The matured dough is fed into a laminating machine to simultaneously make two dough sheets, which are then pressed into one sheet and subjected to multi-stage rolling to form a certain thickness of dough sheet. The pressed noodles are cut into wet noodles of different specifications by a cutting knife, and then sent to the parallel chain on the shelf by an automatic feeding machine.
Automatic shelving tail end trimming device
The automatic shelving tail end trimming device consists of lifting, lifting rod, tail end trimming, and control cabinet. The wet noodles hanging on the steel pole are lifted to the starting point of the drying room operation, controlled by infrared integrated circuits, and synchronously hung on the hanger of the mobile drying device. The tail end trimming machine cuts the bottom end at the pre drying starting point and can be recycled and used at any time.
Drying system
The drying system consists of the main drive for drying operation, steel wire rope, chain hanging device, steel structure cooling hanging fan, moisture exhaust fan, steam heating tube, sensor, temperature and humidity detection control instrument, and electrical control cabinet. The mobile steel wire rope hanging adopts stepless speed regulation, and sends the hanging surface into three drying zones to complete different stages of the drying process.
Off shelf cutting surface finished product system
The system for removing cut products from shelves consists of a removal machine, a shaping machine, a cutting machine, and a control cabinet. After drying, the dried noodles are taken off and sent to the noodle cutter, where they are cut into rod-shaped noodles of a certain length and measured and packaged.

4. After the warranty period. The price of the equipment parts required by the demander (refer to the self-made parts of the supplier) can be reduced by 10% for timely supply.
5. The above services shall be provided until the demander stops using the equipment. During the use of the equipment, if the supplier has new technical projects launched, it can give priority to the technical transformation of the equipment for the demander, and only charge the cost.
